FAQs

1.  How long is each session? 

Each session is 30 minutes long and takes place on Google Meet.

2. When will I receive my Google Meet link? 
A Google Meet link will be emailed to you after your booking is approved and payment is confirmed.

3. Can I record the session?
No. Recording, streaming, or reposting any part of the session is not permitted without prior permission.

4. What happens if I'm late?
Please join on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, and the session will still end at the scheduled time.

5. Can I reschedule my session?
Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and are subject to availability.

6. How often are booking spots available?
Sessions are offered for a limited time and availability may change at any time.

7. What if I don't receive an approval email? 
If you haven't heard back within a few days, check your spam folder or submit a new request if needed.

8. Can I request a refund?
All bookings are final once payment is received. Refunds are not available unless the session is canceled by RyanColon.

9. Can more than one person join?
Each booking is intended for one person unless otherwise approved in advance.

10. How much does a session cost?
The cost is $80 USD and must be paid after your booking request is approved.
